We recently had
Cabinet & Wood
Restoration NW
(John Desimone)
refinish the
worn areas on
our kitchen and
bathroom
cabinets and we
are extremely
pleased with the
results!
Our cabinets are
made of maple
with a fairly
light
honey-colored
stain and clear
protective coat.
Several drawer
and door fronts
had various
amounts of wear
over some of the
area and some
places were worn
down to bare
wood. Worn areas
existed on some
of the frames as
well.
John did a
wonderful job of
refinishing the
worn areas! We
cannot tell the
original
finishes from
the new work.
Somehow, the new
work blends in
seamlessly. By
having John do
the work, we did
not have to
completely
refinish some or
all of the
woodwork. The
refinishing was
done in our
house and John
selected
materials that
did not create
any odor
problems for us
(my wife is
sensitive to
fumes).
To us, John
qualifies as an
artist!
