- Review the preliminary budget
- Develop a design agreement based on your requirements
- Create a design to fit your requirements
- Create and monitor the project plan
- Provide additional services as required to complete your project- organizers, backsplash, lighting, etc.
- Cleanup and dispose of debris
- Provide a written warranty on the products
PAINT AND REDOOR
One of our most popular options!
Save your outdated stained cabinet boxes and have us clean, prepare and paint onsite, then top it off with new, modern cabinet doors for an increadible look at exceptional value! This is also a great option for prospective sellers that wish to maximize the appraisal of their kitchens without the lengthly and costly full remodeling process.
We will:
- Remove and dispose of old, outdated doors
- Clean and fill voids in existing cabinet boxes onsite
- Prepare cabinet boxes for painting
- Painstakingly mask entire kitchen to prevent mess or spills
- Prime and paint cabinet boxes with with specialized equipment for a durable, smooth finish
- Install new replacment doors/styles of your choice
- Install new cabinet knobs and pulls
- Cleanup and remove all debris
CABINET RESTORATION
Are your kitchen/bath cabinets sticky or dirty? Are they marred by nicks or scratches? Do doors close with a bang or drawers stick? Do they have worn finish or water damage? Or, is the finish yellowed or coming off those pickled/whitewashed cabinets? If so, restoration is the perfect solution for cabinets that are sound but showing some wear. Cabinets older than 10 years and pickled/whitewashed cabinets older than 7 years will likely need restoration.
With our unique service we will:
- Lift and clean away layers of grime, smoke, and grease
- Blend and restore where the color has faded
- Fill gouges, nicks, and scratches
- Restore and build up the finish as needed
- Lubricate hinges and drawers slides
- Install new door pads and adjust doors to close properly
- Install new pulls and knobs of your choice (optional)
A basic cabinet restoration can be completed by our crew in one day, without sanding, stripping or mess. This offers an affordable alternative to replacing, refacing or painting your stained cabinets. In addition, if you would like to add organizers such as roll-out trays, we can provide and install them for you. We have a wide variety of organizers to choose from.
